Which countries do you ship and what is the delivery time?
Orders will be dispatched within 3-4 business days and will be shipped insured with post.at or DHL Express.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Maestro, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal and our Gift Cards.
Do I have to pay import taxes?
All items are shipped from Vienna, Austria. If you live outside the EU, import taxes will apply to your order and will be paid for separately at the customs of the delivery country.
Do you have a physical shop?
Yes! We love to welcome you at Vienna's first shoppable apartment, Neubaugürtel 20/7, 1070 Vienna.
Our opening hours are Thursday & Friday 10:00 – 18:00 and Saturday 10:00 – 15:00
Do you sell Gift Cards / Vouchers?
We do. You can buy Gift Cards for our Webshop or buy a Voucher at/for our physical store.
Can I pick up my orders at the physical store?
Yes! Just proceed to checkout and choose the delivery method “pick up”.
I received my order, but it is defect. What do I do?
If your order is defect, send us an email at shop@houseofauster.com with a picture of the product, and we will help you with the next step.
Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
No, if you want to exchange an item, you have to return your order and place a new order. Please check our Return Policy for further details.
