IN-STORE PURCHASES
As a customer of House of Auster, you have the right to exchange items purchased within 7 days and receive cash refund within 3 days. Please provide valid receipt. Vintage Pieces (Furniture, Fashion, Decoration), made-to-order products and items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.

ONLINE PURCHASES
When you place an order with us on houseofauster.com, you are welcome to return full priced items for a refund postmarked 14 days of your order date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Made-to-order products are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
Please note that we do not cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s). You may use your own shipper to return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery in the original box. To avoid any disputes, it is recommended that you retain proof of sending.
Drop offs at the Vienna store location located at Neubaugürtel 20 are accepted for web returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.

RETURNS
Items should be returned, unused and with all tags still attached. Branded boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
It is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs for any returns. We do not pick-up packages from package shops. The returned item(s) should be physically delivered to our store. Alternatively, you may also visit our physical store to return the item(s).
House of Auster is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.



VINTAGE PIECES & DROPS
All our Vintage & Preloved Pieces are sold “as is” - they might have flaws and a certain age. We do a thorough inspection of every single piece prior and will describe each item carefully.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider.

EXCHANGES
Your returned product cannot be replaced. Please place a new order line. You will be reimbursed for the returned product. If you have received your returned product as a gift, the buyer will automatically receive a refund. Please note that product purchased in the Online shop cannot be returned to authorised retailers.

Side note: To help reduce waste we recylce boxes and bubble wrap packaging.
